Shipping Policy

Processing times All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping

Standard Tracked — 2-4 business days — Free on orders over £75 / £3.99 on orders under £75

Express Tracked — Next business day (order before 1pm) — £6.99

Special Delivery — Guaranteed next business day with signature — £9.99 (recommended for high value items)

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Europe — 3-7 business days USA & Canada — 5-10 business days Rest of World — 7-14 business days

High value items All orders containing sneakers, watches or high value collectibles are automatically shipped with full tracking and signature required on delivery. We recommend selecting Special Delivery or an equivalent insured service for items valued over £100.

Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly with the carrier using this number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your dispatch confirmation.

Failed deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. JNB Collective Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Packaging All orders are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Sneakers are shipped in their original box inside an outer protective box. High value items are packaged with additional protective materials where necessary.
