At JNB Collective we take authenticity more seriously than anything else we do. In a market where fakes and replicas are increasingly difficult to detect, our customers deserve to know with complete certainty that every single item they purchase from us is genuine. That certainty is our promise — and it is non-negotiable.

How we verify authenticity

Sneakers & Footwear Every pair of sneakers we sell is sourced directly from authorised retailers, official brand stores or verified consignors and goes through a comprehensive physical inspection before dispatch. We check stitching, materials, colourways, sole construction, box quality, label accuracy and all accompanying accessories against verified reference material. Any pair that does not pass our inspection process is not listed for sale.

Pokémon TCG & Trading Cards All Pokémon TCG sealed products are sourced directly from The Pokémon Company's authorised UK distributors or official retail partners. Every product is verified as factory sealed before listing. We never open, repack or tamper with sealed product under any circumstances. Single cards and graded cards are sourced from verified suppliers and checked against known authentication standards.

Watches All Swatch x Omega Moonswatch, Swatch x Blancpain Scuba Fifty Fathoms and Swatch x Audemars Piguet Royal Pop pieces are sourced directly from official Swatch Group retail channels. Every watch is supplied with its original packaging, documentation and accessories. We do not source watches from unverified secondary market sellers.

Designer Toys & Collectibles All Pop Mart products including Labubu blind boxes are sourced directly from Pop Mart's official UK and international retail channels. Every product carries Pop Mart's official QR code authentication tag which can be verified directly on Pop Mart's website. We never source from unverified third party sellers.

Trading Cards All Topps Chrome products are sourced directly from Topps' authorised UK distributors and official retail partners.

Our sourcing standards We only work with authorised retailers, official brand partners, verified distributors and trusted consignors with established track records. Every supplier relationship we maintain is built on a foundation of verified authenticity — we do not cut corners to reduce costs and we never compromise our sourcing standards regardless of demand or availability.

What to do if you have a concern If you receive an item from us and have any concerns about its authenticity please contact us immediately at hello@jnbcollective.com with your order number and photographs of your concern. We take every authenticity query seriously and will investigate and respond within 24 hours. If an item is ever proven to be inauthentic we will provide a full refund including return postage with no questions asked.
