Returns & Refunds Policy

At JNB Collective Ltd we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Your right to cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel please contact us at hello@jnbcollective.com within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for returns To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories and documentation included. The following items are not eligible for return: items that have been worn, used or damaged after delivery, items returned without original packaging, sealed trading card products that have been opened, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Sneakers & Footwear All sneakers must be returned in their original box with an outer protective box. Returns sent without an outer box that result in damage to the original packaging may be refused and returned to you. Shoes must be unworn with all original laces, tags and accessories included.

Pokémon TCG & Trading Cards Sealed trading card products — including booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, booster bundles and single packs — may be returned only if they remain factory sealed and in their original condition. Once a sealed product has been opened it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.

Watches & Collectibles Watches and designer collectibles including Pop Mart Labubu blind boxes may be returned only if they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging with all documentation included.

How to return To initiate a return please email hello@jnbcollective.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you by email. If your return is approved we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or incorrect items If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us at hello@jnbcollective.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you including return postage.
